Welcome to Employee Development!  Employee Development is responsible for giving all employees the appropriate training opportunities necessary to carry out their various rolls within The Learning Tree.  Please follow the appropriate links for current training information within our campuses. Defensive Driving

In this course, staff will understand safety issues when operating vehicles for The Learning Tree.  This course will consist of an online presentation that will discuss safety issues and proper procedures when operating a motor vehicle.  The second part will consist of an online test.

Defensive Driving: 15-passenger van

In this course, staff will understand safety issues when operating our 15-passenger can.  This course will consist of two parts.  In the first part, an online presentation will discuss safety issues and proper procedures when operating a 15-passenger van.  The second part will consist of a road test to ensure safe operation of the vehicle.

Standards

In this course, staff will understand required DMH/MR annual training that covers the rights of people served, complaints and grievance policies, abuse, neglect & mistreatment, behaviors and medical issues.
