History of the Mobile Campus

The Mobile Campus of The Learning Tree, Inc., located in Mobile County, is the corner stone of the organization.  The Mobile Campus is the original campus that opened in 1983 and served four children by two staff.  The Mobile Campus has since grown to over one hundred and forty employees serving over twenty children.  The children we serve reside in homes located throughout Mobile.  Our main campus houses our largest home and our central office facility.

The Mobile Campus is known for the positive and supportive atmosphere created by our qualified and dedicated staff.  We are continuously changing to accommodate today’s needs, while still respecting our mission here at The Learning Tree, Inc.  Our goal is to provide a loving, instructional environment, while providing independence in everyday living.  

We are excited about the Mobile Campus re-locating our school facility.  This has been a dream for the Mobile Campus for many years.  The new school opened in August of 2009.
