Residential Services

The Learning Tree, Inc. strives to provide the best possible residential care to the residents and students within its program.  All residents are scheduled with a staffing ratio set within their Person Centered Instruction Plan (PCIP). The Residential Staff, both day and overnight, provide quality training to residents in achieving independence through acquisition of basic living skills.

The Residential Staff is in constant communication with the nursing Staff to ensure the health needs of the residents are achieved.  The Residential Staff, as well as the Educational Staff, are integral components in the coordinated efforts of the organization to provide ongoing opportunities and community participation for the resident’s of The Learning Tree, Inc.

All Residential Staff are trained in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to support and enhance appropriate behavioral responses of all individuals who reside at The Learning Tree.
