Auburn to Panama City and back to raise money for the kids
Mission Statement: The Little Tree Learning Center is a grant funded preschool program that offers the
children served a rich and nurturing environment where learning opportunities are maximized and diversity is valued.
What we are: The Learning Tree, Inc. and the Auburn University Department of Psychology Master’s program
in Applied Behavior Analysis/Developmental Disabilities have collaborated to develop a preschool program for Children with
Autism that bases the intervention entirely on what the child needs. One on One rooms are set up to aid in instruction of
skills still needing to be learned in order to be successful in a classroom with his/her typical peers. Classrooms are
integrated with typically developing peers for socialization and language training.
