Preschool Program

  • Year-round Preschool program for ages 2 to 6 years
  • Small class sizes with a high teacher-student ratio
  • Children learn math, language, science, reading, social skills, and art in a fun, theme-based, hands-on environment
  • Children develop skills that help them excel in school and have a lifelong love of learning
  • Curriculum based on the Alabama State Department of Education guidelines to ensure school readiness
  • Classes are taught by certified teachers and Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Graduate or undergraduate students from South Alabama University, Springhill College, University of Mobile assist with 1:1 instructional sessions

Special Needs Program

  • Highly individualized program using procedures based on Applied Behavior Analysis
  • 1:1 and group instruction are utilized to emphasize language and social skill development
  • Data-based programming and progress tracking are supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and certified teachers
  • Various tools, including the Assessment of Basic Language & Learning Skills – Revised, are used in the assessment and teaching of communication, social, and academic skills
  • Children with disabilities have the opportunity to learn play and social skills from their typically developing peers
  • Families receive training on instructional and management strategies
  • Provide a hands on training program for public school systems and other preschools
