The Learning Tree is looking for dedicated, dependable, mature individuals to enhance the quality of life for developmentally delayed children. With 10 group homes in the Tallassee area serving a total of 30 children, The Learning Tree offers a unique learning and working environment. Children served all have cognitive delays as well as unique and challenging behaviors and range in age from 7 to 22. Days are filled with educational and fun activities such as: Playing in parks, swinging, swimming, riding bikes, bowling, skating, etc., as well as teaching the children important living and communication skills.

Benefit package includes: Optional health insurance plan, 24 annual leave days, and life insurance policies for health plan participants
