Curriculum
- Assessments will be administered upon entry to the program and throughout attendance in the program
- Assessments used will include but are not limited to the Brigance Early Inventory of Development, ABLLS, and Checklist of Adaptive Living Skills
- Each student will have an IEP with measurable goals
- Programming will be centered around the teaching of functional skills with a focus on language and social skills
- The intensity of the program and high staff/child ratio will provide the opportunity for an increased rate of learning
- A variety of learning opportunities will be provided
- Field trips will be taken to the library, grocery store, restaurants, museums and parks
